Step 2 - Provide Device Information

You will be required to provide the following information:

• Pictures of Your Device

To accurately determine the swap value and prevent any disagreements regarding the state of your item, Please capture well-lit, clear, and preferably reflection-free images highlighting the buttons and ports and follow these guidelines when taking pictures:

Step 3: Device Assessment

Once we have the necessary information, Your device will undergo a swift assessment to check for any physical damage or issues that may affect its trade-in value. This assessment ensures a fair exchange process. For online swaps, our digital tool will guide you through a preliminary assessment.

Step 4: Choose Your New Device

Browse our selection of available devices and choose the one that best suits your needs. You can explore our website or visit any of our social media channels to make your selection

Step 5: Confirm Swap

Our customer support team will provide you with a quote for the swap based on the assessed value of your current device and the cost of the new device. If you agree to the terms, we will proceed with the swap.

Step 6: Swap Location

1. If you prefer to complete the swap at one of our physical locations, you can visit the nearest Ogabassey store with your current device and finalize the exchange in person. Our staff will assist you with the process.
2. If you prefer to send us the device. You can use any logistics service to transport it from your location to any of our locations. Once received, we will communicate the final cost. Kindly ensure you pack your item according to our instructions and ship it to us.

Ensure to Back Up and/or transfer your data from your device if you do not want us to transfer your data to your new device.

Step 8: Receive Your New Device

Upon approval of the swap, we will arrange for the delivery of your new device to your preferred address. Our team will also provide instructions for safe packaging and returning your old device if necessary.
