“Oga Bassey” is the trading name for the Oga Bassey Services. Oga Bassey company (“Oga Bassey” or “we”) operates an e-commerce platform consisting of a website (“marketplace”) that facilitates the online purchase of various gadgets.
1. Ogabassey used products carry full warranty for 1 year with 14 day replacement window after which we would offer after sale support on the device. If product is found defective and does not arise as a result of damage from the user or usage of such product is covered.
2. Ogabassey brand new products purchased fall under standard manufacturer’s warranty and conditions which are redeemable at manufacturer’s warranty/service centers within and outside Nigeria as applicable. This is between 12- 24 months depending on the brand
3. Ogabassey reserves the right to replace a brand new or used product purchased, this is solely at ogabassey’s discretion and only applies if product is found to have a hardware manufacturers defect/fault upon physical inspection . This is redeemable if reported within 14 days from purchase date. Only the defective device can be replaced, accessories contained with the device cannot be replaced.
4. Ogabassey accessories carry warranty for 7 days. If product is found defective and does not arise as a result of users carelessness or usage such product is covered.
5. The Limited Warranty covers only software issues or factory malfunction of a device. For physical damages. We offer a damage protections plan which must be purchased by customer to be eligible for free repairs.
Returns of products by buyers shall be managed by us and Acceptance of returns shall be in our discretion subject to compliance with applicable laws of the territory.
Refunds in respect of used products shall apply if we are unable to repair or replace the defective product. Only defective products are eligible for a return or refund
Our rules on returns/refunds shall be exercised in our discretion subject to applicable laws of the territory.
We may offer refunds in our discretion:
in respect of the product price;
local and/or international shipping fees and
by way of store credits vouchers mobile money transfer bank transfers or such other methods as we may determine from time to time.

Changes to our returns page or refunds page shall be effective in respect of all purchases made from the date of publication of the change on our website.
